1. Introduction and acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AI Zombie ("we," "us," or "our") at aizombie.cc, including our AI video generation tools and Credits (the "Service"). By using the Service or purchasing Credits, you agree to these Terms and the Acceptable Use Policy. Please also read our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Service. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.

2. The Service and AI model disclosure

AI Zombie is a digital service that turns uploaded reference photos into fictional zombie-themed videos. You select settings such as Couple or Pet mode, resolution, and aspect ratio. Credits are delivered to your account after payment is confirmed and processed; generation is a separate request and may take time or fail.

AI Zombie currently uses ByteDance Seedance 2 Fast through KIE API, a third-party AI infrastructure provider, to generate video content. AI Zombie is an independent product. Naming these providers describes our technology and does not imply that ByteDance or KIE sponsors, endorses, or operates AI Zombie.

Outputs are AI-generated. Results may vary and may contain artifacts, inaccuracies, or unexpected details. We cannot guarantee exact appearance, resemblance, motion, or a particular quality level. Availability and completion times may depend on third-party AI providers. Review outputs before using or sharing them, and do not present them as authentic recordings of real events.

3. Accounts and security

Provide accurate registration information and keep your email address current. You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and for activity you authorize through your account. Do not share credentials or attempt to access another person's account.

Report suspected unauthorized access promptly to support@aizombie.cc. Abuse, fraud, or serious violations of these Terms may lead to account restrictions, suspension, or termination as described below.

4. Credits and one-time purchases

The Service uses Credits purchased in one-time transactions. Each additional purchase requires a new checkout authorization.

Credits are consumed when generating AI Zombie videos. The generation cost is shown before you submit a request and may depend on the selected settings. Credits may be reserved while a request is being accepted and then charged for the generation.

Current pack prices and Credits quantities are shown on our pricing section and at Checkout before purchase. Those disclosures apply to your purchase; these Terms do not set fixed pack prices. Changes to future offers do not change the quantity already purchased.

Credits represent a limited, personal license and service balance for using AI Zombie. Credits have no cash value, are not currency, and cannot be withdrawn. They cannot currently be transferred between users. A Credits balance is not a financial account. Eligible purchase refunds under section 7 are distinct from withdrawing or exchanging Credits for cash.

5. Billing and payment

By completing a purchase, you authorize a single charge for the amount displayed at Checkout. Review the Credits quantity, currency, total, and any applicable taxes before paying.

Waffo Pancake is our Merchant of Record and payment processor for Checkout, card payments, and related payment and order handling. AI Zombie receives purchase and fulfillment information but does not directly store complete payment card numbers. Card payment information is handled through Waffo Pancake.

A checkout return page alone does not confirm fulfillment. If payment has been confirmed but your Credits have not appeared, contact support@aizombie.cc with your account email and transaction or order ID.

6. Credits validity and account closure

Purchased Credits do not expire.

You may stop using the Service at any time and request account closure through support@aizombie.cc. Before closure, contact us about any unused purchased Credits. A closure request does not automatically convert Credits into money or waive applicable refund rights. Restrictions arising from abuse are subject to section 13 and applicable law.

7. Refund policy

Please see our Refund Policy for details regarding unused Credit Packs, duplicate charges, and generation-related Credits refunds. A generation Credits refund restores your AI Zombie Credits balance; it does not automatically refund money to your payment method.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer refund, cancellation, or withdrawal rights under applicable law.

8. Billing questions and disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact support@aizombie.cc so we can investigate. Include the relevant order information and an explanation. Contacting us does not limit your rights to raise a dispute with your payment provider or any rights under applicable law.

9. User content, outputs, and intellectual property

Your rights to upload

You retain ownership of your input content. You must own or have all necessary permissions and legal rights to upload and use personal photos, other people's photos, pet photos, and any other reference images. Obtain consent where required from people whose likeness you use. Owning a copy of a photo alone does not necessarily give you the right to use the depicted person's likeness.

Your inputs and use of outputs must respect privacy, publicity and personality rights, copyright, trademark, and other third-party rights. Do not upload content you are not authorized to process through the Service and its providers.

Limited service license

You grant AI Zombie a limited, non-exclusive license only as necessary to upload, process, moderate, generate from, temporarily transmit to service providers, store generated output, and deliver output to you. This includes the necessary processing by our infrastructure, moderation, and AI generation providers. You do not transfer ownership of your photos to us, and this license does not authorize unrelated advertising or resale of your images.

AI Zombie does not use your inputs to train AI models. Third-party processing is described in the Privacy Policy; this statement does not represent a separate guarantee about a provider's independent data practices.

Outputs and the Service

As between you and AI Zombie, you retain any rights you have in your outputs, and we assign any rights we may have in those outputs to you to the extent permitted by law. You may use outputs lawfully, subject to these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, and third-party rights. AI generation does not guarantee that an output is copyrightable, unique, or free of third-party claims.

AI Zombie retains its rights in its own branding, website, and software. Third-party names and models remain the property of their respective owners. No model ownership or provider endorsement is granted by these Terms.

10. Acceptable use and safety

Follow our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms and covers sexual/NSFW content, violence and gore, hate speech, child safety, deceptive impersonation, and intellectual property infringement. Fictional zombie and horror transformations within the product's intended scope remain subject to those restrictions.

Do not use the Service for unlawful activity, harassment, fraud, malware, or attempts to bypass safety controls, gain unauthorized access, or disrupt the Service. Do not systematically extract outputs beyond your authorized use, resell access without permission, or misrepresent AI outputs as professional advice or authentic evidence.

We use SeeAPI automated NSFW screening for uploaded reference images before generation submission and enable KIE/model-side safety measures. These measures can make mistakes and do not guarantee detection of all prohibited content. Report concerns or appeal a restriction through support@aizombie.cc.

11. Privacy and data

Our Privacy Policy explains the information we collect, including how uploaded images are transmitted to third-party providers for automated moderation and AI video generation. It also explains account records, generated media, payments, Credits records, retention limitations, and privacy requests. Account closure does not guarantee immediate physical deletion of all financial or transaction records.

12. Disclaimers and limits of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or accuracy of AI-generated content. Outputs are creative media, not medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

To the extent permitted by law, AI Zombie is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, and its aggregate liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service during the year before the event giving rise to that claim.

These limitations do not exclude or restrict liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable mandatory consumer protections or liability for fraud. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

13. Suspension and termination

We may reject requests, block generation, warn an account holder, suspend or terminate access, or remove content where technically applicable when there is a serious policy violation, abuse, suspected fraud, or a legal requirement. Access to Credits may be restricted during an abuse investigation or account suspension to the extent permitted by law. This is not a statement that Credits are automatically erased.

You may contact support@aizombie.cc to challenge a restriction or request closure. If we permanently discontinue your paid access for reasons unrelated to your breach, we will refund the prepaid unused portion of purchased Credits. Refund rights required by law remain available in all cases. Necessary billing, dispute, security, and legal records may be retained as explained in the Privacy Policy.

14. Resolving concerns

Please contact support@aizombie.cc to try to resolve a concern informally. These Terms do not impose a mandatory arbitration process or limit any forum or protection available to you under applicable consumer law.

15. Changes and general provisions

We may update these Terms as the Service changes. For material changes, we will provide at least 14 days' advance notice through the website or your account email, unless a legal or urgent security requirement requires a shorter period. Changes apply from their stated effective date. If you do not agree to a material change, stop using the Service and contact support about closure and any rights affecting unused purchased Credits.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. These Terms and the Acceptable Use Policy govern your use of the Service; our Privacy Policy describes the related handling of personal information.
