Refund Policy

This policy applies to Credit Packs purchased from AI Zombie and should be read with our Terms of Service. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer refund, cancellation, or withdrawal rights under applicable law.

Refunds for Unused Credit Packs

You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided none of the Credits from that purchase have been used. Contact support@aizombie.cc to request a refund for that Credit Pack.

Used Credits

Credits used for successful video generations are generally non-refundable because AI generation incurs computing costs. Exceptions apply where required by applicable law or in cases of confirmed billing errors or duplicate charges.

Failed Video Generations

When the AI Zombie system confirms that a generation has finally failed, the Credits charged for that generation can be automatically returned to your AI Zombie Credits balance. This is a Credits refund, not a cash refund, card refund, or Waffo money refund. A Credits balance adjustment does not initiate a refund to your payment method.

Duplicate Charges

If you believe you were charged more than once for the same purchase, contact support@aizombie.cc. A confirmed erroneous duplicate charge is eligible for a full refund of that duplicate charge. We also correct confirmed billing errors, including an appropriate refund where due.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@aizombie.cc with your account email and relevant purchase details, such as the order or transaction ID and a description of the issue. We review purchase and usage records to assess eligibility. Do not send full card numbers, card security codes, or account passwords.

Processing

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method. Processing time may depend on the payment provider and your financial institution. Purchase refunds are handled through support and the payment provider; no automatic money refund is promised.
