Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to images you upload, generation requests, AI-generated outputs, and all other use of AI Zombie. It forms part of our Terms of Service. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service and must have the rights and permissions needed for the images and likenesses you use.

1. Sexual / NSFW Content

Do not upload, request, generate, or distribute pornography, sexually explicit material, sexual exploitation, or other sexual NSFW content through the Service. Non-consensual intimate imagery and sexualized transformations of real people are prohibited, including manipulated or AI-generated depictions.

2. Violence / Gore

AI Zombie permits fictional zombie and horror transformations within the product's intended creative scope, subject to all other rules in this policy. A fictional setting is not permission to create extreme or exploitative harm.

Do not upload or generate extreme graphic gore, graphic dismemberment or torture, exploitation of real-world injuries or victims, or content encouraging real-world violence or harm. Threats, instructions to injure people, promotion of self-harm, and celebration or encouragement of real-world abuse are prohibited.

3. Hate Speech

Do not create or upload content that promotes hatred, dehumanizes, demeans, or attacks people based on protected characteristics, including race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, or disability. Do not promote extremist violence or targeted harassment of protected groups.

4. Child Sexual Abuse and Unsafe Child Content

Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualization of children, sexual exploitation, grooming, and any other illegal child-related content are strictly prohibited. This includes synthetic or altered depictions and attempts to use fictional framing to evade these rules.

Do not use children's images to create exploitative, abusive, or dangerous depictions. Suspected child exploitation can be reported to support@aizombie.cc. Do not attach or redistribute illegal material in a report; provide a reference or relevant details instead.

5. Deepfakes / Impersonation

Do not use another person's likeness without authorization for deceptive impersonation, fraud, harassment, or misleading deepfakes. Do not create content that falsely suggests a person participated in an event, endorsed a product, or made a statement. This applies to private individuals as well as public figures.

Authorized fictional transformations must respect consent, privacy, and publicity/personality rights. Do not present AI-generated videos as authentic footage or conceal their synthetic nature to mislead others.

6. Copyright / Trademark Infringement

Do not upload or generate material that infringes copyright, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights. This includes unauthorized use of protected images, characters, logos, or branding and content that misleadingly implies an affiliation or endorsement.

You are responsible for obtaining the necessary rights to your reference images and reviewing your intended use of outputs. AI generation does not remove third-party rights or guarantee that content is lawful to publish.

7. Moderation and Safety Measures

We use automated safety systems and third-party moderation services to help detect prohibited content. These systems may make mistakes.

Currently, SeeAPI screens uploaded reference images for NSFW content before generation requests are submitted. We also enable KIE/model-side safety measures for video generation. The Service may reject an upload or block a generation when a safety check fails or cannot be completed.

These measures are not a guarantee of detecting every violation. They do not constitute age verification, minor detection, or human review of every upload. We do not claim that every completed output receives a separate AI Zombie output scan before display. Passing a safety check does not authorize content that violates this policy.

Do not bypass or attempt to disable safety checks, evade account restrictions, or repeatedly submit prohibited material.

8. Enforcement

Depending on the nature and severity of a violation, we may reject a request, block generation, issue a warning, suspend or terminate an account, or remove content where technically applicable. We may restrict access to Credits in cases of abuse as permitted by our Terms and applicable law. This policy does not promise or describe automatic erasure of a Credits balance.

We may investigate reports and take action based on available information, applicable law, and the technical controls available to us. We may respond to lawful requests from competent authorities. Refunds and generation Credits adjustments are governed by section 7 of the Terms; a safety decision does not itself create a cash refund.

If you believe a restriction was a mistake, contact support@aizombie.cc with relevant account or generation information and an explanation. We will assess the information you provide. No specific outcome or immediate response is guaranteed.

9. Reporting and Complaints

Report abusive content, unauthorized likeness usage, copyright or trademark infringement, or other safety concerns to support@aizombie.cc.

Include a link or generation reference if available, a description of the concern, and a way to contact you. For a rights complaint, explain the right involved and your authority to make the report. Share only the information needed to investigate; do not send complete payment card details, passwords, or illegal content.

We assess reports, may request clarifying information, and may apply the measures described above where warranted. Information provided in a report is handled under our Privacy Policy. You can use the same support address to request reconsideration of a decision.
